A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At night, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on August 17, 2013, had been aware of at least 15:00, had been moving from the victim B, who was on board, to the Daegu-gu house, and had been asked by the victim B, who was on board, to help her move to the Daegu-gu house, and had him her go to the victim's house located in No. 505 of the Mayang-si Building C, and had him her go to the bus terminal.

Since then, the defendant had returned to his house in netcheon-si D, and had 150,000 won in cash and 150,000 won in the possession of the victim and 3 agricultural cooperative bankbooks in the bank, and stolen them, after opening a string door to the victim's house at around 20:04 on the same day, again opening a string door and intrusion into the victim's house at around 20:04.
Accordingly, the defendant abused another's residence at night and stolen the property.
2. As described in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) had the intent to withdraw and steal money using the stolen Nonghyup Card and the Agricultural Cooperatives passbook; (b) had cab from the Defendant’s house located in 20:30 p.m. on the same day; (c) had taken a taxi from the Defendant’s house in 20:30 p.m. to the Gwangju Northern-gu Round; and (d) had 365 p.m. from 22:15 to 22:27 on the same day entered a stolen physical card from 365 p.m. to the cash payment machine managed by the victim NFF, as described in paragraph (1).
