The judgment below

The guilty part against Defendant A and the part against Defendant B shall be reversed, and this part of the case shall be reversed.

The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental statements in the grounds of appeal not timely filed).

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the second ground of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted, it is justifiable for the lower court to have acknowledged the Defendants’ second assault against the victim F on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the appeal did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
