A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for an attempted special larceny in the Daejeon District Court's Incheon Branch on September 28, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 6, 201, and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. On July 29, 2012, around 12:00 on July 29, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime, at the home of the Defendant’s household located in Sungnam-gu C2, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, and, at the same time, committed a conflict with the victim D (the victim D (the victim 23 years old), who is a female living together), and the victim was asked to do so, and the hedgingd the victim by leading the victim to her body, leading the victim to her body, leading him/her up to her, and her strokes down on his/her body.

2. The crime on August 3, 2012;

A. On August 3, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by setting up smartphones owned by the victim on the floor to the extent that the victim D calls with another male. However, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by setting up smartphones owned by the victim on the floor so that the amount of repair cost would be 30,000 won.

B. In the date and time stated in the above paragraph (a) above, the injured Defendant: (a) was a male who was called to the victim at the time and place; (b) was sent to the victim’s head, was able to fluor toward the victim’s bridge; (c) was boomed with the victim’s hand floor; (d) was pushed off with the victim’s boom; (c) was pushed back with the wall; and (d) was sent to the victim’s face by drinking; and (e) was on the part of the victim’s head, the victim was able to receive approximately three weeks of medical treatment.

C. The Defendant used assaulting the victim’s head collection by breaking the victim’s head collection when and at the time, place, and victim E (n, 26 years of age) assaulted D.
