Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch.

around 06:38 on January 16, 2020, the Defendant, “2020 Highest 236”, without a vehicle driver’s license, is under the influence of alcohol with a 0.093% alcohol concentration from the 1km section from the 1stm section to the front road of the Mineyang-si in Gwangjuyang-si.
