Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:35 on March 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 112 reported by C, at the D main points of the operation of Kuyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, C, Defendant 1, who was working for the Defendant, and was urged to return home from G, a police officer belonging to the Hayang-gu E Zone Unit of the Goyangyang Police Station, and under the influence of alcohol, “nat that they want to get home from G,” and assault F’s back-to-under the influence of alcohol.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
