Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2007, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on two or more occasions, such as a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court on July 15, 2009, a fine of 3 million won for the same crime at the same court on July 15, 2009, and an order to attend a course and a suspended sentence of 2 years for the same crime at the same court on August 17, 2009.

Around 10:00 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant driven a wing vehicle B within a two-km section of approximately two kilometers from the high-water parking lot located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo-dong to the dead ginseng distance located in the same Gu forest dong, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.065% of blood alcohol level.
