The judgment below

1. For this reason, the prosecutor filed an appeal against the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (domain sentence) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (after the accident), among the convicted parts, against the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (or the bodily injury caused by the occupational and actual injury) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act due to the damage of property.

Therefore, among the judgment below, the part of the violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Industrial Safety and Health Act which the defendant and the prosecutor did not appeal was excluded from the object of the judgment of this court.
