A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant entered into a labor contract with the Armed Forces Welfare Group for the crime of occupational embezzlement of the sales proceeds of duty-free alcoholic beverages with the victim’s Armed Forces, and from July 201, the Defendant had been working as the occupant at the Cmate affiliated E of the Armed Forces Welfare Group E in Leecheon-si from around July 201.

From July 201 to November 19, 2012, the Defendant sold duty-free alcoholic beverages to the Gun executives over about 40 to 50 times from the above CMart, and received the total sales proceeds in cash equivalent to KRW 20 million and stored for the said victim, the Defendant did not sell them from the electronic computer system (POS) and consumed them for personal purposes, such as living expenses and repayment of debts, etc. around that time.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

2. The Defendant entered into a labor contract with the Korea Armed Forces Welfare Group for the occupational embezzlement of the sale proceeds of the Franc forest, and from around 2006, he/she had been working as a store manager in the Franc E belonging to the Korea Armed Forces Welfare Group E in E in E in E in E in E in E in E in E in E in E in E.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
