1. The Defendant’s KRW 92,400,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 29, 2014 to July 15, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 1, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to supply the Defendant a gold surcharge of KRW 90,000,000 (Additional Tax Map) to April 5, 2013 (hereinafter “instant supply contract”), and agreed to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 59,400,000,000, including additional tax, on the date of the contract.
B. The instant supply contract originally subcontracted the manufacture of motor vehicle parts to Sejong Fran Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “YA”) to the Defendant, who subcontracted the manufacture of motor vehicle parts among the three parts to the Defendant, and the Defendant further subcontracted the manufacture of the motor vehicle parts to the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff supplied gold punishment to the Defendant pursuant to the instant supply contract, but the Defendant did not pay the remainder, on April 27, 2013, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and the employees in charge of the Young-si, and the Young-si, changed the ambling press from ambling presses to ambling presses, and replaced the Plaintiff’s ambling product by using CNC processing machine, not by manufacturing CNC processing metal, instead of by manufacturing CNC processing metal, and agreed to pay the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and the Defendant to bear three minutes of the necessary expenses.
