1. Defendant B shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 71,551,120 as well as 20% per annum from August 13, 2013 to the date of full payment.

1. Claim against the defendant B

A. (1) The fact of recognition (1) Defendant B concluded a sales contract with the Plaintiff on July 27, 201, to sell the sales amount of KRW 130,000,000 between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on July 27, 2011 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the intent to dispose of KRW 5,841 square meters of forest land and 3,739 square meters of forest land in Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, Seoul (hereinafter “Defendant B”) owned by Defendant B in the Cheongdong-dong, Cheongdong-do, Gungdong-do, Gungdong-do (hereinafter “instant forest”).

(2) The Plaintiff paid Defendant B the down payment of KRW 20,000,000 on July 27, 201, and KRW 40,000 on August 12, 201, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant forest on the ground of the instant sales contract on August 17, 2011.

(C) On June 18, 2012, the lower court convicted Defendant B of the charge, such as forging-dong Branch of the Daegu District Court, 201Kadan522, 2011Kadan526 (Consolidation), 201Kadan1143 (merged)) by forging-dong Branch of the Daegu District Court, for the crime of forging-do and uttering of a private document and an investigation document. On June 18, 2012, the lower court convicted Defendant B of the charge that Defendant B acquired the purchase money from the Plaintiff by deceiving the Plaintiff, etc.

(4) The Defendant Seogu District Court filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff seeking cancellation of ownership transfer registration of the instant forest land (Seoul District Court resident support case No. 2012Kadan4113) with respect to the resident resident support of the Daegu District Court.

On April 10, 2013, the above court's disposal of the clan property made without the resolution of the general meeting of clans is null and void.
