Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 3, 2015, at around 22:40 on September 3, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business, at the D convenience store located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and entered the entrance door, and thereafter, took an employee into the entrance to the victim E (20 years of age) who was working as an employee, and expressed the victim E (20 years of age) with the phrase “Chewing feass, cash automatic payment machine will not be dypted, as soon as possible,” and expressed a desire to other customers on the convenience store, and made it impossible for other customers to enter the scene by avoiding any disturbance, such as giving the automatic cash payment machine by drinking, thereby hindering the victim’s convenience store management by force.

2. The Defendant, who violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, was arrested on a flagrant offender under suspicion of interference with the above duties, and was transferred to the Suwon Police Station and the F Office.

On September 4, 2015, between 00:00 and 00:49 on the same day, the Defendant, at the F Office located in Suwon-si G located in Suwon-gu, the Defendant expressed a large amount of the police officer who performed his duties at the said office, “this sprinke, inside and outside, and the police bottle,” several times at the same time, namely, “the police bottle,” and sprinked or sprinked by the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol for about 49 minutes, the instant police officer, who performed his act as the police officer, and carried on a water purifier, was working on the floor.
