A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with the knowledge that it was illegal to employ betting machines and sell alcoholic beverages at singing rooms, was threatening to report it to the police, thereby not paying the royalty and the cost of alcoholic beverages.

1. On December 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) provided women’s friendship and drinking in the Fnonobane operated by the victim E (n, 44 years of age) in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu; (b) took entertainment for about four hours; and (c) demanded the victim to issue a tax invoice to the victim who requested the calculation of the drinking value, and (d) frighted “the police report.”

As such, the Defendant got the victim to have frightened, and caused the victim to waive the drinking value of approximately KRW 150,000, 1500, singinging expenses, and entertainment expenses, etc., without receiving the said expenses, thereby acquiring pecuniary profits equivalent to the said amount.

2. On November 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided a victim H (53 years of age) in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) provided entertainment in the Iam room operated by Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (c) provided entertainment for about five hours at around 5 hours, and (d) provided the victim who demanded the calculation to “whether heging would be why heging, should be reported to the police; (b) reported it to the police; and (c) provided that the victim, who was frighted, abandoned the amount equivalent to 370,000 won without receiving the alcohol value, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount.

3. On September 2014, the Defendant, at the end of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ (nive, 50 years of age), asked the victim K (nives) to provide entertainment services for about two hours in the Lnonobya room operated by Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and provided that “I wish to report it to the police. I will do so. I will report it to the police. I will do so. I will report it to the victim. I will do so. I will report it to the police.” The Defendant obtained economic benefits equivalent to the amount of money by having the victim give up the drinking value of KRW 140,000 without receiving it.
