1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is an organization established on March 16, 2001 for the purpose of serving in local communities, and a non-corporate body that has a board of directors and other organization based on the Charter.

The Plaintiff is a person who was working as the 17th president of the Defendant from June 2016 to June 2017, and C is a person who was appointed as the 18th president of the Defendant around June 2017.

Part 8 (Entry) Members of Chapter 3 may attend only in the form of invitation.

The procedures are as follows:

(1) A new member recommendation letter shall be submitted from the recommending person to the member committee.

(2) The member committee shall complete an investigation and submit a letter of invitation to the board of directors.

(3) The board of directors shall approve the witness as a resolution by the unanimous vote of a secret vote on the application for the witness.

(4) If the board of directors approves an application for membership, the recommending member shall send a letter of invitation to the candidate, have him/her sign and affix his/her seal on the application for membership, and collect the

Article 12 (Disqualification) A member shall lose his qualification in accordance with the following subparagraphs:
