A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on November 5, 2012, and was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on November 12, 2012, and violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

On May 19, 2013, at around 23:06, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.103% without obtaining a driving license at approximately 50 meters from the front path of the chemical era in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front day of the child in the same Dong.
