1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs the amount of money stated in the attached Form 3 "official fees" list and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Project name and public notice 1) Project approval: Project operator: Main City Mayor and the Intervenor 3 Project approval: Public notice C on March 17, 2017;
B. On December 28, 2017, the Gangwon-do Local Land Tribunal assessed the compensation for losses on the premise that the actual state of the expropriation is as indicated in the column of “land category” in the same Table, and made a ruling of expropriation on January 28, 2018 at the commencement date of expropriation (hereinafter “adjudication of expropriation”) on the premise that the land category entered in the public record on December 28, 2017 is the forest land and the land category listed in attached Table 2, which is owned by the Plaintiffs (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the land of this case,” and when each land is individually referred to as “D land”).
C. The Plaintiffs raised an objection against the adjudication on expropriation of this case on the ground that the Central Land Expropriation Committee ought to fix the actual state of utilization of the land of this case.
On July 19, 2018, the Central Land Tribunal: (a) determined the current status of the instant land in the same manner as the previous expropriation ruling; (b) determined the amount of compensation for the Plaintiffs in the attached Form 2 by re-saleing the amount of compensation for the land to be compensated for the land to be continuously used from 1969 to 2016, in cases where it is unclear that the land which was partially used was used before the airline margin in 1969; (c) was not used before the airline margin in 1969; (d) was used before the year 2016; and (e) changed the amount of compensation for the Plaintiffs into the amount indicated in the column for “the amount of adjudication on expropriation” (the amount stated in the column for the amount of adjudication on expropriation in the same Table).
