Defendant
A Imprisonment for 10 months, Defendant B, C, D, and E shall be sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment, Defendant F shall be sentenced to 2,00,000 won, and Defendant F shall be punished.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Employment Security Act - Defendants’ failure to register with competent authorities under Article 19(1) of the Employment Security Act;
A. From March 28, 2009 to October 2014, Defendant A: (a) opened a sidewalk office with the trade name “M” in the LA building from around 28, 2009 to around 2014; and (b) requested from N and other karaoke machine operators in the vicinity to send female visitors (hereinafter “dominium”); (c) provided fee-charging job placement services on the condition that the Defendant sent female visitors to a singing practice room on the condition that the Plaintiff would receive KRW 6,000 per hour from the business owner; and (d) provided fee-charging job placement services on the condition that the Defendant would receive KRW 6,000 from the above visitors.
B. From around June 2007 to June 2015, Defendant B prepared a news-based business office with the trade name “P” in the O room at the time of harmony, and, upon receiving a request from the karaoke machine business operators such as Q in the surrounding areas to send female visitors, Defendant B sent 25,000 won per hour from the said business owner to the singing practice room on the condition that the Defendant receives 6,000 won from the said entertainment place.
C. From March 28, 2009 to December 6, 2014, Defendant C prepared a news-based business office with the trade name “R”, and, upon receiving a request to send female visitors to a singing practice room business from the said business owner, such as S in the vicinity, Defendant C sent 25,000 won per hour from the said business owner, and the Defendant sent female visitors to a singing practice room on the condition that the said business owner receives 6,000 won from the said visitors.

D Upon receipt of a request from the proprietor of a singing practice room, such as V, around December 2005 to December 6, 2014, to prepare a news firm office in the name of "U", and from the proprietor of a singing practice room in the surrounding area, the contactr send 25,000 won per hour from the said proprietor, and the Defendant sent female visitors to singing on the condition that the Defendant receives 6,000 won from the above contactr.
