The Defendant is a person who drives EXE vehicles.

At around 03:00 on June 8, 2013, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km to the roads front of the Wurmo-Eup in the Sinan-si Busan Metropolitan City, in front of the corporate bank located in the Seoul Metropolitan City, where the said car was under the influence of alcohol by 0.106% of blood alcohol level.
