A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 14:40 on May 23, 2016, driven B Poter truck at approximately 27 km away from the sloping road located in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, to the point where 14 km away from the Seoul East East East-dong, the lower court driven B Poter truck at a distance of about 27 km.
