1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. The part (i) and (v) of the attached Form 1, among 8,115 square meters of forest land B in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who owns a 8,115 square meters of land B in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul and 1,305 square meters of land C, D forest and 11,455 square meters of land, E forest and 18,733 square meters of land and 347 square meters of land before F.

B. The Defendant installs each grave in the part (i) and (v) of the attached Form 1 among the part (i) and (v) of the land size 8,15 square meters of Goyang-gu Seoyang-gu Seoyang-gu B forest and field 8,115 square meters, and occupies the part (ii) size 51 square meters in the ship which connects each point in order of the same drawing indication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1, and 51 square meters, and occupies the part (ii) area of 51 square meters in the ship which connects each point in the same drawing indication 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 9.

C. The Defendant shall install a grave in the part of the attached Form 2 among the 1,305 square meters of land in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-si, which is located in the part of the attached Form 2 among the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1, each of the items in the attached Form 2, and occupies a part of 56 square meters in the ship (b).

The defendant installs each grave in the part (o) of the attached Form 3 among the part (o) and (o) of the 11,455 square meters of Goyang-gu Dayang-gu Dayang-gu Dayang-gu Dayang-gu Dayang-gu, and the part (o) of the attached Form 3, and occupies the grave by installing each object listed in the attached Table 2 on the ground of the 329 square meters of the attached Form 3 which connects each point in sequence 1,2,3,4,5,6, 7, 8, 9

E. The Defendant installs each grave in the part (a) and (c) of the indication of the attached Form 4 among the forest land E 18,733 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu and the part (c) of the attached Form 4, and possesses each grave after installing each of the items listed in the attached Form 3 on the ground of 56 square meters in the part (b) of the ship connected in order to each point in the attached Form 4.

F. The Defendant installs a grave in the part of the attached Form 5 (a) among the 347 square meters in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City F. 347 square meters, and occupies 20 square meters in a ship which connects each point of subparagraph 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 1 of the attached Form 5.
