When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2017, the Defendant, a person who drives a passenger vehicle B, driving approximately 100 meters on the road 6-13 ahead of the 91-way route per Dong-dong, Yongsandong Port at the port, under the influence of alcohol by around 00:55, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at around 0.073% of alcohol concentration in blood.
