1. The Defendant’s KRW 58 million to the Plaintiff, as well as 5% per annum from November 1, 2013 to August 5, 2014.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, since it is recognized that the plaintiff extended 58 million won to the defendant on June 18, 2013 and lent 58 million won to the defendant on the end of October 2013, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 58 million won and 5% per annum as prescribed by the Civil Act from November 1, 2013 to August 5, 2014, and 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
