The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

From May 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) from the point of May 30, 2019, the Defendant had been using C with the consent of use from the victim D, who is the landowner, for the purpose of double-winging; and (b) had the intention to damage the groundwater facilities of the land managed by B.

On February 13, 2020, at around 09:10 on the above land, the Defendant: (a) cut and damaged groundwater pumps and pumps, etc. in a pipe siren; (b) cut off the electric power pumps and pumps by hand at the same place as on February 16, 2020; and (c) cut off the saws connected to the said pumps and pumps with a saw.

Accordingly, the defendant caused approximately KRW 185,00 of water supply costs to damage the groundwater pumps and pumps over two occasions, thereby impairing the utility of the victim's family managed by B.
