1. The defendant connects each point of Attached Form 3 A, B, C, D, and A among the real estate listed in Attached Table 1 in sequence.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 16, 1981, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”), a general building, which is not an aggregate building, among the 22th floor above the ground of the 22th floor above the ground of the steel structure and reinforced concrete structure sloping roof in Jung-gu, Seoul, and the 4th underground floors above (hereinafter “instant commercial building”). Since the commercial building in this case was converted into an aggregate building, the commercial building in this case was divided into the 1st floor F through G on August 2, 2002, and the 2nd floor F through H on the ground of the 1st underground floor and the 2nd underground floor F through H on each store, and the registration of change in the indication of a building was completed as an aggregate building.

B. On August 14, 2002, the transfer registration of ownership in the name of K Co., Ltd. was completed as of August 14, 2002 with respect to each of the above stores while the Plaintiff and the Defendant leased the above I (hereinafter “I”) and J (hereinafter “J”) by entering into a lease agreement with respect to the Plaintiff and the first floor I (Plaintiff) and J (Defendant) as stated in the attached Tables 1 and 2 list among the buildings of this case.

C. Since then, on October 10, 2002, the Plaintiff and the Defendant sold each of the above commercial buildings possessed and operated by K, and registered the ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff with respect to the first commercial building on October 10, 202, and on December 31, 2002, the ownership transfer registration in the name of the Defendant was completed.

I and Jho commercial buildings are located on the underground floor of the instant commercial building, and according to the certified copy of the register, each of the above commercial buildings is divided into the first floor of the underground floor (the details of the electric section building: steel and reinforced concrete building: 3.71m2) and Jho Lake (the details of the electric section building: steel and reinforced concrete building: 4.31m2m2).

The Defendant currently occupies the portion on the ship, which connects each point of the attached Form 3 drawings (the measured map), B, C, D, and A located in I commercial building (hereinafter “instant dispute part”), with the goods loaded in the order of priority, and then files a criminal complaint by interfering with the Plaintiff’s business or intimidation.
