Defendant

A is a type of F, and Defendant D and Defendant E are friendly with F. Defendant B and Defendant C are friendly with Defendant A, and Defendants G, H, I and J are friendly with Defendant A and they are friendly with Defendant G, H, I and J are friendly with Gu or DongN.

From April 16, 2017 to September 7, 2019, Defendants gathered to acquire money from insurance companies under the pretext of mutual agreement, medical expenses, and repair expenses by intentionally causing a traffic accident with some of the above G, H, I, and J.

1. In collusion with F and I on August 18, 2018, the Defendant acquired insurance money of KRW 4,420,130 from the victim P, the insurance company of the Defendant, 5,31,90 won, or KRW 9,752,030 from the victim P, the insurance company of the Defendant, either acquired KRW 5,31,90 from a third party or acquired KRW 9,752,030 from a third party, respectively.

From that time to September 16, 2019 to September 10, 2019, the Defendant conspired with FF, I, D,B, andC, and acquired insurance proceeds from each victim insurance company by an insurance fraud act more than ten times in total, such as attached Table 1 through 8, 10, and 11, and acquired insurance proceeds from a third party by acquiring insurance proceeds from a third party. On July 21, 2019, the Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident as shown in attached Table 1 List 9, but the Defendant attempted to obtain insurance proceeds from the victim P, but the employee in charge of the victim attempted to avoid the insurance receipt on the wind of suspicion.
