Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for two months.
However, it is against Defendant B for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Before the latter part of Article 37 of the Criminal Code against Defendant A] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and eight months in the Gangnam branch court of the Chuncheon District Court on September 22, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 26, 2016.
