Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:10 on May 3, 2020, the Defendant, in combination with the victim D (n, 47 years of age) in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and drinking together with the victim D (n, e.g., 47 years of age), and the victim her own kn's kn's am in order to smoke.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
