Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle around 22:00, driven a Crocketing motor vehicle at approximately 4.1km from the front of the south-gu B at the port to the front of the 38 Nowon-gu, the same city’s death-ro 38 “Nori Lbnb”.
