Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are the union members of the Desired Joint Labor Group SKB World Non-regular Workers Group (hereinafter referred to as the “SK Branch”).

[Ground of the case] SK branch was established around March 30, 2014 by a trade union consisting of 50 co-owners, etc. working in the cooperative companies, which entered into an entrustment contract for the installation of Internet communication networks with the SKB World Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SKBD”).
