1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government MM building consists of 12 households, each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) is a part of the above MM building.

The defendants are each owners of each real estate of this case, and their ownership relations are as shown in the attached list.

B. The Plaintiffs intended to promote the sales business after purchasing the above MM building, removing it, and constructing a new building on the ground.

4. Between November, 11, Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, and the said Defendants’ “honoh” column stated as follows with respect to each of the pertinent real estate owned by the said Defendants: (a) the seller entered into a sales contract with the following contents; (b) at the same time, the seller entered into a contract with the purchaser to deliver documents and real estate necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership; and (c) the said Defendants paid each of the said Defendants KRW 50 million as down payment.

However, the buyer indicated the buyer's column for each sales contract on each of the above sales contracts as "A and one other".
