Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on August 19, 2015.
The Defendant sold health food, etc. in the Busan Shipping Daegu Commercial Building, the Defendant sold health food, etc., and the Chairperson of the “D” group.
1. Fraud to victims E;
A. On August 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the “C” commercial office; (b) even if the Defendant borrowed a credit card from the victim, he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the purchase price, he/she used the credit card if he/she lent it to the victim without any intention or ability to pay the purchase price; and (c) the use price shall be paid in full prior to the payment date; and (d) he/she received from the victim immediately from the victim, one copy of Samsung Card, one copy of the National Card, one copy of the Non-C Card, and one copy of the Non-C Card, from that time until September 26, 2013, he/she settled KRW 1,968,250 with the Samsung Card four times from that time until September 26, 2013; and (d) paid KRW 2,583,560 with the national card five times through the C non-paid Card, and acquired the financial profits of KRW 9,94,204,200 won.
2. Fraud against victim F;
A. The Defendant, around November 18, 2013, has the intent or ability to repay money, even if he/she borrowed money from the victim because there is no particular property or income at the time.
