All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

Reasons

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. Around May 10, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim C (mast, 53 years of age) (1) with the victim’s side at the said coffee shop, which read, “I am bad, I am bad, I am bad, I am bad.”

(2) At around 14:00 on June 11, 2013, the Defendant continued to commit an indecent act with the victim at the same Dac shop in the above manner.
