A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2008, the Defendant received a fine of KRW 1,50,000 from the Seoul Southern District Court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving), a fine of KRW 3 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving), a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Seoul Western District Court on April 22, 2014, and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting after an accident).

Criminal facts

At around 00:40 on November 3, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters in a section of approximately 500 meters from the road in which a person drinked in the same Dong-dong, and from the road in front of the shopping district in the same Dong-dong, to the same road.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again in violation of this provision.
