A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:00 on December 9, 2019, the Defendant was at the residence of a female-friendly job offers victim D (the age of 23) located in Seongbuk-gu Btel C (the age of 23), Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si. As the victim did not contact but could not enter the entrance and exit number changed, the Defendant found the above officetel management office to the effect that “the victim was found to have a pro-child living together with C, and does not contact, and does not request confirmation of safety,” and the victim reported CCTV images carried into another male and residence, reported the victim’s residence to check the victim’s residence, and entered the key repairer by forcing him/her to open the entrance and exit, and entered the victim’s residence.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

2. On December 9, 2020, at around 07:30, the Defendant: (a) reported that a female-friendly job offer No. 1 D and the victim E (23 tax) were being carried out in this beds at the place indicated in paragraph (1) at around 07:30; and (b) committed assault by the Defendant, such as making the victim’s neck her hand her hand, making the victim’s face and body her body her body her body her body her body by drinking and drinking.

3.
