1. Basic facts

A. On November 5, 2007, C entered into a business agreement and an agency contract with the parties 1) 2,412.3 square meters of commercial land in the Nam-gu Incheon East-gu E Housing Site Development Project (hereinafter “instant land”) from Diplomatic Association.
