A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 16:00 on August 3, 2020, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties to B and C, on the ground that the Defendant’s car was controlled by a vehicle for illegal spirits, the Defendant’s use of golf loans to B and C who are public officials belonging to Pakistan and C, and that it was found that “public officials in charge are not in charge, and the public officials in charge are able to pay fines for negligence.” The Defendant set the floor of the above golf loans by cutting off the floor of the above golf loans and by threatening B and E, thereby hindering the public officials’ legitimate performance of duties concerning the treatment of civil petitions.
2.
