1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On February 25, 1985, the Plaintiff’s spouse B (hereinafter “the deceased”) joined the Korea Electric Power Corporation. From December 21, 2009 to December 21, 2009, the Seoul Regional Headquarters of Korea Electric Power Corporation was working as the Cpt.
B. On November 24, 2014, at around 06:40, the Deceased worked at the physical training room in the company, performed approximately 10 minutes of a 10-day campaign, and died on the same day after receiving treatment by being admitted to the Incheon National University Hospital at around 19:52 on the same day.
C. The death diagnosis report of the deceased is indicated as “satisfym”, which is the direct death, and “satisfym.”, which is the intermediate event.
The Plaintiff asserted that the deceased died of overwork and stress, and claimed for the payment of survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses to the Defendant. However, on May 4, 2016, the Defendant rendered a decision on survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses on the ground that “the deceased cannot be recognized as having died of his/her occupational reason.”

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion was integrated with the Seoul Korea Electric Power Corporation in around 2009, and the Seoul Electric Power Management Office overall increase in the deceased’s work volume, and the Deceased was able to have a great psychological burden on the success of the said public law while directly devising and promoting F.
