1. The Defendant: KRW 30,000,000 to the Plaintiff A; KRW 50,000,000 to the Plaintiff B; and KRW 15,00,000 to the Plaintiff C and D, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. In relation to the parties, the defendant is in charge of operating the F Taekwondo hall (hereinafter "the Taekwondo hall of this case"), and the plaintiff A and Eul, who are his or her father, are officers attending the Taekwondo hall of this case.
B. The Defendant, on August 2013, 201, sent approximately 13 staff members attending the instant Taekwondo ground to G Hamna City located in G Ham. The Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on the same day, and (b) around 23:0, the Plaintiff B and I (a) were unable to sleep the door of a female accommodation; and (c) the said victims stated, “I (a) had the victims enter the male accommodation; (b) had the victims enter the said room; and (c) had the victims take the room for their own path; (d) had the victims walk the room for their own path; and (e) had the victims enter the camp for Hamna; and (e) the Defendant 23:00 on the same day had the above “H”; and (e) had the Plaintiff 2 and the Defendant forced the Plaintiff 2 to take her chest from the male accommodation; and (e) had the Plaintiff 2, 2000 on the same day had her chestn.
At around 01:00 on the following day, the Defendant entered the 2nd female lodging room of the above "K Gamb" on the pretext of confirming whether the official source was diving, and the Plaintiff B was able to suffer a greater risk from the Defendant if the Plaintiff B was able to obtain a sound from the Defendant, and the Defendant was able to look at the Plaintiff B’s chest and the sound by hand, and the Defendant was able to look at the Plaintiff B’s chest and the sound by inserting the Defendant’s sexual flag into the Plaintiff B’s sound.
3 In order to participate in the Round around September 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took the instant Taekwondo Director-General; and (b) lodging in the “Nmotoel” located in Seo-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City M.
The defendant shall drink alcohol with the head of another Taekwondo hall on the same day and night.
