Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, by a fine of 15,00,000 won.

However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2016, at least 16:11, the Defendant: (a) transferred a child or juvenile I (16 years old), who became aware of through the “H”, a smartphone hosting cam, to a house located in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (16 years old); and (b) paid 50,000 won to the female as the price for sexual traffic, knowing that he/she is a child or juvenile, he/she was aware that he/she was a child or juvenile; (c) paid 50,000 won to the female as the price for sexual traffic; and (d) paid 10,000 won to one of the children, who was aware of the fact that he/she was a child or juvenile; and (d) was able to promptly see the Defendant’s sexual organ as his/her hand; and (e) paid 10,000 won to the former circumstances.

As a result, the Defendant committed the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

2. On July 2, 2016, at around 17:24, the Defendant: (a) sent a child or juvenile I (16 years of age), J (16 years of age), L (15 years of age), or Defendant’s BM passenger car; (b) moved the Defendant’s BM passenger car to a nearby MM market in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul; (c) even though he was aware of the fact that he was a child or juvenile, he paid 50,000 won in the price of sexual traffic; (d) paid 50,000 won in the price of sexual traffic to the female; and (e) paid 10,000 won in the price of sexual traffic to the female; and (e) caused the female to see the Defendant’s sexual organ by hand; and (e) paid 1,000 won in the price of sexual traffic to one person under circumstances in the old River.

As a result, the Defendant committed the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.
