1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 440,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 30, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff was awarded a contract from the Defendant for the construction of Yang-si, Yangju-dong 424-4, Yangju-si, Yangju-si, Yang-si, and that the Plaintiff commenced construction of the said Yang-si on May 28, 2015 and completed construction on May 13, 2016; and that the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on November 3, 2016 to pay the Plaintiff the remaining construction cost of KRW 440,00,000 (including additional tax) until March 15, 2017 is not a dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining construction cost of KRW 440,00,00 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from June 30, 2017 to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
