Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On August 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on August 23, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 31, 2012. On January 9, 2015, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced imprisonment with prison labor for three years and six months and one year and six months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 26, 2015.
