1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 93,019,120 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Plaintiff’s counterclaim from January 29, 2014 to February 17, 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with A and B New Airport Cargo Vehicles (hereinafter “Plaintiff”), and the Defendant is an insurer who has entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to C Cost Star Cargo Vehicles (hereinafter “victim”), D, and the Defendant is an insurer who has entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with respect to the Defendant’s vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant”).
B.
