A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2018, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a B-wing truck with alcohol concentration of about 0.097% from the 1km section of the blood, while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.097% from the 1km section of the same Eup/Myeon to the intersection of the inspection rate of about 9-16, the same Eup/Myeon-ro, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gu, Hongcheon-do, Hongcheon-do.

1. Inquiries into the results of regulating drinking driving, making a statement on the situation of the driver driving, making a report on the situation of driving without a license, and applying the statutes to the ledger of driver licenses;
