A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence No. 12 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

When a person who belongs to a telephone finance fraud withdraws money from a financial institution and keeps it in the house, the defendant, according to the direction of a person who was unable to obtain his name, agreed to enter the house and receive part of the money.

1. The crime committed on June 1, 2016;

A. On June 1, 2016, at around 12:00 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant invadedd a structure by opening an entrance with a key located in the front flowers, and entering the entrance to the front door, thereby infringing on the structure of the victim.
