1. Each insurance contract entered in the attached Form 2 insurance contract with regard to the insured incident described in the attached Form 1.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. On August 19, 2013 and October 11, 2013, the Defendant entered into the instant insurance contract Nos. 1 and 2 with the Plaintiff via Baman, an insurance solicitor of each Plaintiff, and each of the instant insurance contracts, as described in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) and “instant No. 2 insurance contract,” and the total of them “each of the instant insurance contracts”.
The insurance contract of this case includes the payment of each insurance money of KRW 50,00,000 per month (No. 1 insurance contract) and KRW 3,000,000 per year (No. 2 insurance contract) where the insured suffers injury or injury (no. 50% or more). Article 27 (Duty to Notify after the conclusion of the accident insurance contract) ① The contractor or the insured (person subject to insurance) includes a change in his occupation or duty during the insurance period (including a change in his occupation or duty, etc. of his own driver).

At the time of entering into each of the instant insurance contracts, the Defendant’s duties were to work as quality inspection personnel at the automobile parts companies, and entered the C Co., Ltd. on August 21, 2014 and are on-site production workers.
