Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) around April 30, 2014, at the construction site of the Victim D located in Seocheon-si, and (b) around April 30, 2014, the Defendant: (c) terminated the construction contract between the Defendant and the victim; and (d) obstructed the entry of the victim’s construction vehicle into the access road to the said construction site.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's work by force.
