A fine of five million won shall be imposed on a crime specified in paragraph (1) of the judgment of the defendant, and a crime specified in paragraph (2) of the judgment shall be punished.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on February 18, 2008, and a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court on June 25, 2010, and on June 24, 201, the said judgment became final and conclusive as the Defendant’s withdrawal of the appeal on October 14, 201, by sentenceing one year to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for adultery at the Daegu District Court on June 24, 201.

On October 21, 201, at around 21:25, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a 10-meter B Maz car from the front of the Daegu Dong-dong Do-dong cafeteria to the front of the agricultural road in the same location, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.17% without a car driver’s license.

2. On February 18, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on February 18, 2008, and KRW 3 million as a fine in the same court on June 25, 2010.

On July 19, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven D 100 stobama under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.059% without a license for a motorcycle in the section of approximately 10 kilometers from the front side of Daegu Dong-gu to the front side of the Dongdo-dong, Daegu Do-dong, to the front side of the Dongdo-dong.
