Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around July 6, 2011, the Defendant of “2014 Godan1582” was required to receive money from the victim E who had returned to the “D” located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City where he was his own, to receive the award of the F Graveyard construction. The said construction was completed, and the said payment was made by falsity.
However, the Defendant did not receive the bid for the above construction, and there was no significant source of assets or income at the time, and there was no intention or ability to repay the above money to the victim even if he borrowed the above money due to the financial situation, such as the amount of personal debts in bad credit standing.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 1,060,000 on the same day from the victim as a loan money, and received KRW 1,060,000 on the same day from the victim from the above date to August 10, 2012, and was required to receive money from the victim at least 337 times in total, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached Table. The Defendant received money from the victim during the period of 337 times from the above date and time. Upon the completion of the construction, the said construction would incur money, and would repay money by disposing of the shares of the anti-pathm temple located in the Bapoon, the Defendant acquired money from the victim as a loan money, and then acquired money from the victim as a total of KRW 198,60,00,000.
The Defendant was the bad credit holder at the time of the instant case, and there was no particular property or income, whereas the debt exceeds KRW 200 million.
1. On November 2012, the Defendant obtained a bid for a charnel house construction with a scale of one billion won in Seoul, which is promoted in the G of Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, for the victim I (the age of 51) who was known to and was sexually known, to the victim I (the age of 51).
A bill of exchange is issued with a down payment, and one month after the down payment is paid, the payment is given first of all.
