1. Basic facts

2. Determination

A. Determination as to the cause of claim is a type of contract under which the parties set out the items, shipping volume, size, unit price, method of settlement of payment prior to the end of crop distribution and the farmers managed and cultivated and shipped them to the other party. The instant cultivation contract is a type of contract under which the settlement of the purchase price according to the unit price under the contract after the harvest of agricultural products is planned.

Therefore, according to the above, the defendant's unjust enrichment amounting to 33,845,00 won [=50 million won - 16,155,000 won = 15,000 won/gambling x 1077 others] and this is related to the plaintiff.
