A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2014. 6.경 스마트폰 어플리케이션 ‘즐톡’을 통해 만나 알게 된 피해자 C(여, 14세)이 나이가 어리고 자신을 잘 따르는 점을 이용하여 피해자에게 조건만남을 하게 하고, 그 대가금을 받아 모텔비, 유흥비 등으로 사용하기로 마음먹었다.

1.
