1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from May 9, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

In March 26, 2010, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking the payment of a loan (Seoul District Court 2009Kadan17368) and rendered a judgment on March 26, 2010 that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 50 million won, 5% per annum from October 29, 2000 to December 16, 2009, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive on April 14, 2010.

However, even after the fact that the defendant did not pay the above judgment amount and the period of extinctive prescription of the above judgment claim expires, the defendant filed the lawsuit of this case for the extension of extinctive prescription.
